Pounds til Party: 12.1 lbs.

So this week was much better than last. As I said before, it's quite easy to gain 7 lbs and really hard to lose it! I am hoping to have those yucky 7 lbs all lost by next week! It feels good to be back on track.

I think the main reason I got off track was stress and anxiety. So, as silly as it sounds, I have really tried to recognize when I start to feel stressed or anxious, then take a deep breath, think about what I really want, and let it go. I learned I just need to stop worrying about things that haven't happened or are out of my control! :)

Off to a party and Bee's baseball game tonight! I am determined to allow myself some treats, but not overdue it. I've worked to hard to lose those 4.4 lbs!

  1. Way to go Amber! I celebrated my anniversary this weekend so I'm not sure how well I did. I bought a new pair of jeans this weekend that fit, but could handle being a little looser. So my plan is to get to 150 (depending on how the weekend went that could be loosing 3-who knows how many lbs) before I let myself wear them. We will see if that motivates me.

  3. Thank guys! I love Weight Watchers, because it's something I can do for life. And you can still eat yummy things. I think the biggest thing I learned from WW was portion control. I was eating WAY more than I needed to!
    Vacation gain is a-okay. Don't beat yourself up, just get back on track.
    Becky, I have a pair of capris that are a little too tight to wear that I have hanging up just waiting for me... they are really cute so I am determined to wear them by the end of the summer!! :)
