Gaining

I gained .2 lbs this week. Grrr... That was the 3rd week of starting to really start losing weight. Can't get discouraged now!! Why is losing weight so hard? I just want to look like I do in my head already!
Sat. was National Pie Day and we had a Pie party and went WAY overboard. SO not worth it since this week I will be paying for eating my weight in pie.
Weekends have always been my downfall and I still haven't beat that. Hmmm... gotta start getting creative. Any ideas?

  1. Don't worry so much about 0.2 pounds, if your more hydrated or less hydrated, have a full bladder, etc. this can change your weight. Unless your off by more than 0.5 pounds I wouldn't worry! :) Also to help with weekends, it may help to "schedule" in high calorie foods, by planning to eat a smaller snack, or meal that day, the previous or the next. :) Good job so far! Hang in there!!!
