Feelin' Good

When my family started the Biggest Loser contest 2 weeks ago I weigh 154.4. The first week I lost 3.8, the second week I lost .2 lbs. I am really excited because that adds up to exactly 4 lbs! I want to lose 2 lbs a week and so far so good. Granted it's only been 2 weeks, but I can already tell I'm feeling better. Today I weighed in at 150.4.

I have been able to schedule in my workouts even with school starting this week. It helps that Brandon comes with me sometimes. I am a lot more organized this semester with school and I think that will help me stay on track with weight loss. If I'm not crazy stressed with school then it will be easier to stay on track with weight loss.

Although it's only the first week of school I'm having a better attitude about everything. This semester is going to be much better! I just know it.

  1. HOORAY for Amber! We've lost about the same. I started at 155 and yesterday I was 151.6. I'm doing the BL with Steven's friends and they have a LOT to loose so I'm extra motivated to keep up with them percentage wise.

  2. I love how when we feel good everything falls into place! It has been two weeks for us, too, and I feel awesome! I love it! I woke up this morning and I'm not so bloated! Maybe it's the day for my skinny jeans! Good luck with school!
